As founder and president of Golden Visions Success Coaching, LLC, Ann Golden Eglé initially set out with the goal of turning good leaders into great leaders - helping already successful individuals achieve even greater success. Since 1997, every decision has been made with these objectives in mind.

Within a few short years, the word spread and business grew.

In 2008, affiliate coaches, working as independent contractors, joined Ann's team to accommodate the increased demand, and GV&A (Golden Visions & Associates) was born. Through extensive interviews with over 100 highly qualified candidates, other coaches have been added to supplement the GV&A affiliate coaching pool. Ann has selected a handful of the finest to provide you with the best coaching services tailored to your specifics needs.

Now with a team of personally trained, certified and experienced affiliate coaches possessing a range of areas of specialty, GV&A is well positioned to meet the growing needs of our clientele.

Ann Golden Eglé, MCC (resume) has been awarded the highest coaching designation of MCC (Master Certified Coach). Less than 650 coaches in the world have earned this recognition. In all of her professional endeavors from fashion merchandising to economic and tourism development to real estate to her current passion of executive leadership coaching she’s hit the highest levels of success, no exceptions. She is an accomplished speaker with the ATM-Bronze Toastmaster designation. Eglé and has published over 30 articles on leadership, business development and marketing. She’s been interviewed by and written about in ten newspapers and magazines. Her ‘Success Thought of the Week’ e-zine boasts a loyal following in ten countries. Her client list of C-Level executives speaks for itself (see testimonials). Her coaching style is fun, positive, creative, intuitive, sometimes intense yet always effective.

Erin Mecseji, ACC, CPCC, is a business coach who works with business owners, executives and entrepreneurs to identify and develop their strengths, clarify goals and make the clear choices needed to realize their full potential.

Before becoming a coach, Erin spent eight years working with architectural and engineering firms helping them build their businesses through creative marketing and communication strategies. She developed policies to improve clear communication and follow-through for business development as well as for internal company objectives. During that time, she found she had a talent for helping her clients stay focused and moving towards their goals – even in times of tremendous turmoil. She now brings these talents to her coaching.

Erin has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nevada, Reno, and is a member of the International Coach Federation. Clients include professionals, small business owners, entrepreneurs, and non-profit organizations.

Erin is passionate in helping clients bring their vision into focus and achieve their dreams.

Doug Nelson, Ed.D. is a life-long educator and builder of people. Through his 38-year distinguished career he has excelled in leading people toward extraordinary results, often in the most difficult of times.

He has held leadership positions at several levels of organizations including 19 years as Chief Executive Officer, more commonly known as Superintendent of Schools, of two districts – one small with 300 employees and one larger with 1700 employees. Dr. Nelson brings a unique blend of skills and experiences to coaching individuals and organizations. People who have worked with Dr. Nelson know that he is focused on their best interests and knows how to bring out the best in them. He is tireless in his efforts for people and continually seeks to find ways for people to succeed.

Dr. Nelson is not only a keen listener and skilled communicator, but is adept at helping in the development of plans that will benefit both individuals and organizations. Part of his skill is to be a warm-demander who holds people accountable to what they have committed.
